1.Take Pills- Pills have hormones which will not only help regulate monthly period but will also help maintain the level of hormones which lessen menstrual cramps.

2.Maintain Healthy Body Weight- Fat cells produce estrogen, a hormone that can also cause uterine cramps if it is imbalanced.

3.Drink plenty of water- If you have enough water in your body, your liver can function better which can keep your hormone balance, hence, it is important to keep your body well-hydrated to prevent menstrual cramps.
